3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner

Ensuring their business complies with all applicable laws and regulations

Obtaining proper consent from customers before sending marketing communications

BDFA Automation is not responsible for how clients use the systems after delivery.


4. Communications & SMS Consent

By submitting your contact information through our website or systems, you consent to receive service-related communications from BDFA Automation, which may include email, phone calls, or SMS messages.

Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BDFA Automation shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.

All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.


8. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms including CRM systems, phone carriers, email providers, hosting providers, and automation tools.

BDFA Automation is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or service disruptions caused by third-party providers.


9. Modifications to Services

We focus on practical setups that capture leads, respond instantly, and keep everything organized without adding extra work for you. If something isn’t useful, we don’t include it. Simple, effective, and built to actually be used.
